CyberIntros is operated by NuVision Marketing (“we,” “us,” “our”). We connect firms with vetted cybersecurity specialists through a one-meeting matching service branded as Cyber Security Meetings. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Contact information you submit (name, work email, phone, company).
- The problem description or specialist application details you provide.
- Standard log data (IP, user agent, timestamps) for security and analytics.
- SMS consent records: whether you opted in, when, the exact wording shown, the consent version, the form name, and the page URL.
How we use it
- Match your request with an appropriate vetted specialist.
- Send transactional confirmations, meeting scheduling, reminders, and service updates.
- Operate and secure the platform.
SMS Privacy
Mobile information, including phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent, will not be sold, rented, shared, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
This restriction does not prevent CyberIntros from using service providers (such as our SMS delivery vendor) that process communications solely on CyberIntros’ behalf and under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
SMS opt-in consent is used only to provide the communications the individual has agreed to receive: submitted-request confirmations, matching updates, meeting scheduling, appointment reminders, rescheduling information, and related service communications. Your choices
- Reply STOP to any SMS to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
- Email us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information.
- Opting out of SMS does not automatically cancel unrelated CyberIntros services.
