How a user opts in

A visitor receives SMS from CyberIntros only when they:

1. Enter a mobile phone number on an eligible CyberIntros form (for example, /get-matched or /check-availability);
2. Actively check the SMS consent checkbox — the box is never pre-selected;
3. Submit the form.

If the box is not checked, the form still submits where appropriate and no SMS is sent to that person. Consent is recorded per submission with a timestamp, the exact wording shown, the consent version (cyberintros_sms_v1), the form name, and the page URL.
